Oh man, you ever just made a prosciutto, mozzarella with tomato panini? Could it be any easier? Maybe some pepper is needed or a tiny bit of garlic. But "Lord Almighty, I feel my temperature risin'". Oh man... why is it that just toasting a sanwich makes it taste so much better? I love making paninis for dinner. The Boss does not like the proscuitto-so she misses out. Not my problem.... All I can tell you is that I am a hunk of burnin' love.
